Car Garage

Hello
I brought a used car back in Oct. The garage who I purchased it from informed that they would pay for an MOT when it was due and parts (some excluded). I paid full price as I was happy with the price once that was included in the deal.
A week after buying the car I had to return it as it had problems. The garage sorted it but wasn't happy about doing so and paid for the work. Then again it broke down but they informed that it was wear and tear and would not be covered in the warranty. I just paid the fees as just needed the car for work.
Now I have tried to contact them to arrange for an MOT and they are not ignoring me. It is added to the receipt that an MOT would be included in March. (even though I had to return to the shop to get this added as "they were distracted and forgot ".
Is there anything I can do or should I just go else where as I am needing the car MOT quite soon for work?
