British Gas Collective fix

I signed up to British Gas collective fix via MSE Energy Club in December. It seems that only the gas has gone through as electric states not available. I think it is because I am on Economy 7 but was not told at the time so was expecting a drop in my electric bills which has not happened. Is there anything I can do?

This tariff was available for economy 7 users, but it is possible that you might have an unusual set-up known as related meters (where you have two separate meters for day and night usage) preventing this from going through. My suggestion would be to give British Gas a call on 0800 975 9712 so that it can check this out for you.
