in IVA & DRO
I am 3 yrs into a 5 yr IVA. In October last yr I had a motorcycle accident. I have been left with PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, memory loss and poor memory. I notified Payplan who manage my IVA. I have given them all the info they have asked for, I communicate with them via emails regularly etc. Unfortunately due to not being able to work I got into a couple of months arrears. I have been borrowing money off friends to make payments and stop falling further into arrears. I am managing to work a little bit but my wages are a third of what they were. I asked payplan to have a meeting with my creditors to see if they would look at ending early under the circumstances and this is where things started to go wrong. Payplan sent me some letters saying that they have reviewed my income and have amended my IVA to show this. Now if I earn anything over 10% of what I earn now they will take 50%. Also my expenditure has risen slightly but there is no mention of this. They have not helped me try to resolve my arrears but in the letter they said they are committed to help and support me and now despite everything my case worker has said she will no longer communictae with me via email and I MUST call an 0844 number from my mobile to speak with her. 8 weeks ago I asked for them to arrange a meeting with my creditors but still nothing. Also in the letter it states that as far as my creditors are concerned I am not making payments, but this is not true as I am making payments, I have asked for the conatct details for my creditors but still nothing. They are implying in letters that they have tried contacting me but haven't been able to, even though it is me contacting them. What do I do? Please help.

If they are FCA regulated they must supply an 01, 02, 03 or 080 number for contact.
The new rules came into effect on 26 October 2015 and ban the use of 084 and 087 numbers.0 -
Apparently the payplan partnership limited is licensed by the Insolvency Practitioners Associatiion but not regulated by the FCA. They are apparently a trademark of Totemic limited which is regulated by the FCA but totemic say they only refer customers to Payplan Partnership Limited for IVA's.0

Have you and IVA company considered options other than ending it early ?
I'd suggest the creditors may be reluctant to do this as you are still able to make payments
Sounds to me lime an option would be to agree new sustainable payments(possibly already done) and a payment break to allow you to sort arrears (this could be tacked on to end of IVA)0
