Spotify - chromecast offer - no voucher received with in 7 days

Spotify had an offer where if you signed up for 3 months premium £29.97 you would get a voucher to redeem a free chromecast.
The terms of the agreement said you would be sent the voucher by email within 7 days. spotify.com /uk/legal/chromecast-offer-terms-and-conditions
I wasn't sent the voucher and I cancelled the subscription after 7 days and before 14 days. I contacted Spotify saying that I had never received the voucher and that I wanted a full refund. They sent me a voucher which I have now redeemed.
The terms of the agreement said that I couldn't claim a refund for my subscription. I have never used the Spotify subscription.
Am I entitled to claim a full refund as well as keep the chromecast as they broke the terms of the agreement and I cancelled the subscription before 14 days without ever using the subscription.
