They will issue court papers soon. You do need to respond robustly and quickly but will probably find that ignored or badly replied to and will have the fun of defending this claim which is baseless, but they will try. You need to read up on the other threads and also this:

    http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2016/01/update-on-michael-schwartz-now-of-civil.html

    http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2016/02/civil-enforcement-limited-carry-out.html

    http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2016/02/civil-enforcement-limited-discontinue.html

You will see the 'badly mail-merged' pre-court paperwork is standard for them, with only the location and car details changed, all the rest is computerisd and not specific - so you need to demand specific information but ask as registered keeper, NOT driver!

You can find other CEL threads by searching this forum for either 'CEL LBCCC' or 'Schwartz'.

    DO NOT pay these idiots.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

there are no templates for an LBC, each one is bespoke, as are court claim defences etc

there is a sticky thread called LBCCC fightback by lazydaisy in the CRABMAN sticky thread which explains all this (although its not in simple terms) but that is now out of date due to changes in the legal system last year

if they dont know who was driving, keep it that way, so edit your posts accordingly ;)

they have sent the LBCCC to the KEEPER, not the driver, as they have no way of knowing who was driving

the advice on this site since march 2013 has been to APPEAL as keeper, not IGNORE, so you clearly missed reading the correct advice

if you fail to respond, they will issue a court claim in the small claims court, an MCOL via Northampton bulk centre

in the meantime go to post #1 and advanced edit and change the details and thread title to CEL and not PE , seeing as its CEL and not PE that sent you this LBC

What subsequent amounts did they try and claim were due ?
I'll knock one out for you in a bit
