I would go for four terraced houses in Wood Green.

    You clearly lack ambition.

I would have 2 lots of 4 houses in Wood Green linked by 2 stops on the HS4.

need to diversify your portfolio a bit. lumping all eggs into one basket is never a good idea.

I reckon the way to go would be something in Mayfair, preferably something Georgian, six or seven bedrooms with a double garage, and then one medium sized house each at each point of the Haringey 'golden triangle' between, whatsitcalled, the big shopping centre & Wood Green & Turnpike Lane tube stations.
    FACT.

That's a good idea - it's always really annoying finding yourself being chased by muggers and having to run in the opposite direction to home. Your plan ensures whichever way you run is towards one of your homes so a much more efficient way of getting mugged.

Of course it assumes you tend to stay within the Haringey golden triangle but who would want to be anywhere else?

I presume it goes without saying that you would pop over to Hackney to revel in the cultural experience of the murder mile every other Saturday just to see what you could have had if you earned a few quid more.

You mean everyone doesn't do this normally? ;)

Everything is always for sale.... At the right price.
In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:

I wonder if anybody has actually tried to acquire the monopoly board.

My parents used to have one when I was a child, but I can't remember what happened to it.
