Can you see the down arrow key next to the lock?
The mind is like a parachute. It doesn’t work unless it’s open.:o

A winner listens, a loser just waits until it is their turn to talk:)

Yes I can see the arrow on my laptop but not on my phone or tablet
When I click on it I am not able to read anything that it says Could you perhaps let me know just where the settings are?
    Much appreciated Sue

click on the little down arrow at the top right that looks like this and choose settings. Even in Chinese, it’s still your fourth option from the bottom.

Now scroll to the very bottom of the page. You can actually scroll to the very bottom of ANY page, but the settings one is shorter than going through miles of Facebook posts. At the very bottom of the page off to the left, you’ll see the language that Facebook is being displayed in. Even if it’s written in a different language that’s still where to click.

Click on it and you can change the language back to English.

  • As long as you're logged-in, you should be able to change it by going to https://www.facebook.com/language.php

Thanks again ! I will check now from the drop down arrow and see where I should have been clicking on. Sue

I have now checked out using the drop down arrow. I in fact was on this page but didn't realise that the language was at the side and down on scrolling down. It is easy when I can read it but very difficult otherwise. Main thing is all is well. Thanks again to you both Sue
