I use a DID (UK Landline number that forwards to a VoIP account) number that forwards through to my Mobile.
My number is with Localphone but I have been getting a few calls a day from a company asking for "The Business Owner Please". I started out stating "Wrong number please remove me", Moved on to "Your Database is wrong I have told you lots of times, remove me" and now They just complain back to me saying that I am "A Moody Sod" or something else of the Ilk.
They refuse to give me their information and the number is blocked.
Has anyone had similar calls recently and perhaps have some clue as to who they are?. I know this is a stab in the dark, but often one company will flood whole areas so lots of these do come from only a few sources.
My VoIP numbers were not TPS registered but are now, blocking all anon numbers is a pain, as my wife works in a call centre and their numbers are also anon (Some might say blocking the wife is a good thing, but I like mine).
Just looking to see if anyone knows what company / shell this might be. All of the staff are British, I have spoken to at least 7 and they are in a communial room as I can hear other people in the background.

If these 7 calls happened in a short period, raise it with your VoIP provider - they will be able to look into this further and can possibly take this up with the originating provider. I see Localphone are members of ITSPA so they should be willing to help.
PS In the UK and Europe it's called a DDI. The American's refer to it as a DID.0
