Onetel log in problems

I dont often log in to Ontel online, and I keep the right log in details in roboform. However the last few days I am trying to get on the web site and login, I can get on there web site but it says when I login (see below) if your a customer of theres can you get on at all. I am wondering with not using there web site for a few months whether they have changed there login procedure, try as I may will username/password all I get is below
