Ive had it with Scottish Power if you have a choice I would advise anyone not to use them as an energy supplier. Ive had too many complaints and fights with them the latest having been resolved by the ombusman. Now for the fourth year running they have not payed my warm home discount, thats ripped me off to the tune of approx £640. I 100% qualify for the payment I have done everything I should to recieve payment but had no money from them. This time around i even applied via my landlord hillcrest housing association who processed my application and again no payment from Scottish Power. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

You stayed with them for 4 years. Change supplier.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

I wish I could change believe me I would but the tarriff im on is comfort control plus a tarriff that only scottish power supply and i cant move without landlord changing all the heating system0

While we are on the subject of that tarrif it sums up Scottish Power . A tarrif that scotttish power invents that can only be supplied by them so that you dont have the freedom to move. Furthermore the irony of control plus is customer doesnt have the control scottish power does. They tell you to put on your heaters and THEY not you decide how much charge goes to your heaters based on weather reports. Yeah right im sure thats not open for exploitation im sure they wouldnt give me more charge than i need so that their profits are increased.0
