I see that the Lords have caved in to the Government demands and ESA WRAG is to drop by £30 per week !!

I can see a lot of claimants trying to move into the support group and stay there.:footie:

It'll would have applied under Universal Credit even if the motion was defeated.
The WTC defeat was a bit hollow really as all it did was delay for legacy benefits a cut already in the UC regulations.
It's only due to the fact UC is so far behind in it's implementation that there's been any notice of these changes happening at all!0 -

I agree, but they had no choice as Tories made it a financial consideration, so it passed against the Lord.
In other words - they did what they always do - found a way to get it passed against the democratic process. My scum bag of a MP voted to pass this law, the sooner the Tories get thrown out of government the better!0
