Sorry to bump but I'd just like to point out that the spa facilities are definitely not suitable for the disabled. I won a spa break here & although it's a beautiful hotel the spa is up some steep stairs & they have nowhere downstairs to accommodate you. Also the disabled rooms are also not accessible on foot to reception & the restaurant as there are lots of stairs, you have to call reception to arrange for a concierge to collect you in a golf cart
