Trip to WWE in Dallas !!! stressing me out.

I was notified last week that i had won a trip to WWE Wrestlemania in Dallas for April 3rd.
We were so excited went around for days with a huge smile.
Now the prize is turning into a massive headache.
I was told last week that someone would contact me regarding the prize from WWE, no communication so today i chased them up as the time is getting short to arrange for the trip and i have now had an email stating that the prize is two tickets for wrestlemania and a virgin holiday voucher for me to book a hotel and arrange flights.
The voucher should be with me with in 10days.
Virgin holidays only have one hotel available which is quite far from the stadium. I guess i have to book the transfers from the airport to the hotel at my expense and also some how find transport from the hotel to the arena (due to only being weeks away most transport is booked!!!) looks like this could cost me quite a bit of money and I can't find the terms and conditions of the competition to see what was included in the prize?

They don't give you much time to sort everything, and its a shame their is only one choice of hotel which is the other side of the city from the arena.
I have looked at the terms and conditions and they have not mentioned in my email that the tickets are VIP or tickets for WWE Axxess so i will ask them tomorrow regarding this.0 -
Jealous is not the word. Regardless of the short notice and frustrations, i am incredibly jealous.0

Know you were probably looking forward to the whole WWE bit, but is it worth voicing your frustrations and asking if they'd be able to offer a travel voucher/holiday for a different location on a different date? Perhaps plug the fact that everything is booked and it's going to cost you a fortune...
