Item stained my Carpet

I bought a memory form matress from groupon, I think it must of been in warehouse for years, one side of it was totally deteriorating, loads of tiny blue fragments were falling off.

I managed to get most of it out my carpet and marks from my bed. But one tiny stain was left on my bed and the carpet was stained in one area.

I asked if groupon would reimburse a carpet cleaner cost. They said they would only give me £15 groupon vouchers.

I don't want any groupon vouchers, it will be more junk.

Do I have any rights here?

It will say on the receipt or order who to contact.

It will also tell you in your groupon account when you choose the contact us option who to contact.
