    Does Linksys CD have to be inserted into my company notebook? Not sure [as it’s locked down] if it will accept and run the CD.

    Also still confused as to where and how I obtain the following:

    I.P. Address

    Subnet Mask

    Gateway

    Are the above inserted automatically when you run Linksys CD setup wizard?

    Sorry to keep asking for more info. I'm trying to learn about Wi-Fi which is hard when you have no prior experience to fall back on.

    What I don't want to do is purchase the Wi-Fi gear and then discover I can't use it because my Company setup won't allow it.
