POPLA Mislaid My Appeal. What Can I do ?

Hope someone can help. Received a parking eye fine last July. I sent a letter to parking eye pointing out that as the fine was the result of over staying by 20 minutes & that my car was picked up by Automated number plate recognition camera, they have to serve the fine within 14 days of the event. I received the fine 40…

Hi Redx. It's not like you to be so politically correct you are usually more forthright .

They are with WH as I asked for my appeal back and the BPA had to go and get it.

Will be interesting to see what they call themselves if they ever produce a decision, or if they call themselves POPLA.
