Thomas Cook late flight home!

A few weeks ago I booked a holiday in Tenerife, arriving back in the UK at 00.15, I have just received notification that the flight will now arrive back at 01.55.

Am I entitled to a partial refund or am I able to cancel?

It is not exactly much later. What is the issue?
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

You'd be better off asking in the overseas holiday board but I don't believe you are entitled to cancel and get a full refund as less than 2 hours is not deemed a significant change.

As I said though, you would be better asking on the holiday board.

You're not entitled to anything for such a minor change. Even if they had not informed you of the change it would have still been too short a delay to entitle you to anything.

For charter flights booked through a travel agent, anything up to 12 hours change may still be OK per ABTA's guidelines. (Article from 2012) (ABTA's FAQs say this may now by 5 hours - see My airline has changed my flight to one that leaves four hours later. Can I expect compensation?)

Ryanair say a significant change to flight times is anything over 3 hours (source).

As above but look on the bright side, you get an extra 1 hour and 40 mins longer in Tenerife :)
