Another reason to avoid Thomas Cook.

A few weeks ago I booked a holiday in Tenerife, arriving back in the UK at 00.15, I have just received notification that the flight will now arrive back at 01.55.

Am I entitled to a partial refund or am I able to cancel?

The change in time appears to be only 1hr 40 minutes, so it is not a major change and you cannot cancel except at the loss of whatever cancellation fees appear in their booking conditions.

So you are getting an extra 1 hour 40mins of holiday time surely they should put the price up to reflect this extra time you get in tenerife?
Live each day like its your last because one day you'll be right

For time change of 1hr 40mins lol? No, and yes, but you'll not get a refund.

If you want people to avoid TC because of a small time change you may as well tell people never to fly!
