Need advice about building credit

Hi. I need a bit of advice, I am trying to build my credit score but no one is willing to give me credit. I have tried to sign up with all the credit report companies to see where I stand but even they can't give show my credit score they "don't have enough information" so how do I get out of this hole? I have had credit in the past, and not all good but this was years and years ago, I just don't understand why I can't even see a report.

    From the 1st of this month yes, but there has been some previous addresses I haven't registered.

    Your not building your score but improving your history. The score isn't seen by lenders.
