credit card refund

Hello everyone,
I bought a product online using my credit card but it never arrived. The company won't refund it because the delivery company says they delivered it.
It is likely that a section 75 claim against the card company would be rejected because the delivery firm says it has been delivered?
Has anyone else been in this position?
Thanks for any help!
Bob

Ask for evidence of the delivery. If they cannot prove it was delivered to you, then request a refund.
If they still refuse, contract the card company.0
