Applying for 0% credit card with multiple jobs

Hi guys,
I'd like to apply for a Tesco/any credit card with 0% for 40 months to shift over three current credit card debts.
I have an MBNA at 9k
A Barclaycard at £2k
And a Natwest mastercard at £2.5k
I've checked my credit rating and have really good numbers.
My only concern and question is that I work four different jobs.
Two are employed and two are self employed.
My last self assessment I had made £26k from self employed work but my expenses were about £26k too after investing in my own business.
The other jobs bring in around £1.5k a month.
When applying online it only gives the option to disclose one source of employment.
I guess I'll have to call them up but I don't know how much to disclose given the poor gross income from my self employment.
Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

You can only put one employer on the application, so use the one that looks best. For example, Chancellor of the Exchequer might be better than burger flipper (but not by much)
You can add all your sources of income together and put the total in the box on the form.
They will not call your employer (or the taxman) to verify your income.
I believe they record your claimed income on a database, so be consistent in all your applications.0 -
The 4th credit reference agency that not many people know about is the National Hunter. They check the application form for sign of fraud incl:
· Change of employer over a short period;
· Differences in spelling of a surname, initial, or date of birth;
· Change in driving licence number or a variation in other identification documentation;
· The same mobile phone number from more than one applicant;
· A substantial change in stated salary over a short period;
· Applicants using details that are apparently from a deceased person.

Thanks guys,
Vortigern, would it be best to put down employed or self employed?
I make more money through self employment but its not as steady.0 -
I don't know whether employed might be better than self employed.
It shouldn't matter which job has the greater income, because you can add all your incomes together, to give your total income, and this is what you put on the application form.0 -
Sorry to sound naive - I have my car insurance (two) coming up and was wondering if its worth taking up a new card to put it on it on 0% and pay it off in a few months. I have never used any 0% or BT before and have never missed any payments.
I currently have
Amex -cash back, Santander, Halifax cards
I pay off the balance in full(between 2k to 4k monthly) - Amex and Santander are the usual cards and halifax (only during out of country travel)“Don't raise your voice, improve your argument." - Desmond Tutu
