I can't log in, I can't set up a new account, I never get their emails, and tweets/emails to 'Delicious' have not been replied to. I notice several other forum members have mentioned having the same problem. Yet my sister, who never used the site before, was able to set up an account without any issues.
Is it possible they decided to ban people who only used the site to enter competitions?

I used to get problems and had to reset my password every time I tried to log in but I haven't had any further trouble since I just accepted the password they sent me and didn't try to change it.0

My issue is that I don't even get a reset password email. Nothing.0

Had a similar problem, I contacted them and they sorted it out.“It was only a sunny smile, and little it cost in the giving, but like morning light it scattered the night and made the day worth living.”

I had exactly the same problem, I contacted them, got no response, but last time I clicked a link to one of their comps I found myself logged in already! Yes, I use Roboform. I'll email them again. They have some really good prizes, I don't want to miss out on trying to win them!0

Was just wondering - because their login form is stupidly joined to their password reset form. So if you hit your roboform button - it fills in email and password, but then changes screen to the LOST password screen, making you think there's been a problem with your login when there hasn't been.
If you press the button below it that says 'return to login screen, you will see the username and password fields filled in. Hit login and you're in.0
