Invalid NTK - Advice

Shall I attach the NTK which was sent too early as evidence in the Popla appeal, or just refer to not receiving it within the required time frame and let them hang themselves?

I never normally say to attach a NTK as that's up to the PPC but because the dates are vital for you to prove they breached the BPA CoP and KADOE with the DVLA and the POFA as well, I would. Cover the address of the owners in case POPLA are stupid and think that the addressee not being you, somehow means you can't be the keeper/hirer because you aren't named on it.
