U2 and U3 forms

Hi,
i am a german citizen and am planning on moving back there after staying in the uk for more than 13 years. i have been advised to get u1/u2/u3 forms before leaving.
i had no problem with the u1 form but can't figure out how to get the other two. can anybody please help me out.

All three forms relate to unemployment benefits. i wonder whether you need to contact the DWP?0
