Im 27, (for less than a month ;) ) IT contractor, with about 7K of debt.
I have been on this site now for a while, and this is attempt 2 to become debt free, after attempt one turned into trying to set up a business.

My aim for DFD is next March.

Otherwise im into computers, music (metal, punk, ska), Not watching TV, cept Dr Who, The odd film, and trying to brainwash my gf about money, and how little of it (money) I currently have lol.

I love music, going to the theatre, football and spending time with my family...i have 3 sisters and 3 brothers!

I confess i am newly addicted to Tesco and Boots since finding this forum!!

    Hi earwig,

I'll post a proper response tomorrow but something I just have to add tonight; you must have had one heck of a job if you'd got your own aerial transport to get you to work.

You don't happen to be the ex M.P for Sedgefield by any chance??:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
  • Hi I'm in my early 40's and a SAHM. I'm married to a teacher who is taking reduced hours this year due to ill health. We have 3 children. My eldest started Year 1 today, he was so proud at going up a year and being in a new class. My middle one is 2 on Saturday and I have just had a baby, that's why I don't post much as the only time I can get on here is when I feeding and all I can reach is the mouse so I tend to lurk a lot.

We are currently saving up the pennies to go BR. £500 and counting.

Oops missed this one... I'm Jo, just turned 30 and I've had a fresh start after being made redundant in May, moving house and getting a new job. I went bankrupt today and hope for an early release... I don't have any kids but I do have a cat who keeps me on my toes.

Good luck to everyone on here with what you're up too! :)
  • "Early release" Jo! It's not criminal :rotfl: p.s. Well done for today!

I'm 26 female from the South East and a teacher, I am a single parent and have a 5 year old daughter. I had a business which failed, but i'm not going to let that stop me- i'll be back making my millions soon enough (although not before discharge!)

    xx
