This a very rude comment, if you were a real money saver and bought a product then got lots for free you would gift them if you were not keen.

I was just going to say so myself. I noticed the last few posts seemed as though scoot trying to stir things up somewhat

Six is not a large amount and by my reckoning she left two for others anyway.
I love the beef and stilton but did warn that you must like stilton to others.
I have gifted one to mum, two to son in law and one to DD1 so my stash is not that big but once you have vouchers it doesnt matter coz they last till 30th april and can be redeemed on any higgidy item.

I am pleased to announce my first grandchild arrived last night.
A little girl weighing 8lb 6oz. Mother and baby doing well and I think my son has stopped crying now. Although she was in labour at home for 24 hours she only spent 3 hours in hospital and they are leaving to go home in a couple of hours. And she has my name as her second name!!

Wish I could afford to give up work to help and with my daughter's that is due in 16 weeks. But unfortunately I am one of the women born in 1954 who wont retire until 65.5!!
Congrats Rose.. have you stopped smiling yet?

You.like me, were so born at the wrong time... it really sucks!

Thanks Zippy, but none of us are very keen on prawns :(

What's the deal with the chicken? Would search back but my search hasn't worked for months :(

search does work for me. for months now.

essential Waitrose British small whole chicken
    1.2kg
essential Waitrose 2 British part boned chicken breasts
    500g

both of these when i last got them were in the 3 for £10 and pick your own. pick your own discount comes off pre multi price
so the latter works out about £6.80 for 3 - till would see almost £16 so free paper even at weekends

    Whose starting a row poppet?
I see NO logic in grabbing shedloads of pies(or anything else) just because its a deal.
Its very odd to me that there are people popping into Tesko, buying a pie or two, liking them, and maybe getting a few in for stock. While others, before they even try the product are laying down supplies for a nuclear war, of stuff they might not even like.
The sort of thing "he who should not be mentioned" might do, or have done.
  • Or you could get the pie, smuggle out the voucher as you are shopping and use said voucher for your first pie. If you find you like them, you could do again or take the conventional route...............

I would have to pay £3.50 for the first one and might not even like it. Ok there's overage but the way they are flying out the shops I might not be able to even use my voucher:o
