Ok I know you appreciate 'Cow' just not your sort of art. Not mine really but patience is a good skill to build as an artist and one you know I don't have:p
Knew you would love Late night, Date city.
I even got a plenty more fish in the sea reference into it. Changing the heart for an apple but it needs lights in the road (think blurred fast lights) and some polishing off yet. I can see several things wrong g the more I study it so might restart. Have 2 lessons where they are doing mono print where I think I will work on this one.
Amazing the unfinished prices I found when I cleared out old art room.

VT I absolutely adore you Cow with Pearl Earring, beautifully done, and great subject matter
Do you sell any of your work? As well as my dog (and cat) rescue work, I also part sponsor 2 cows and 2 bulls in Germany, saved from the meat trade so have a soft spot for , and always on the lookout for ways to raise money for their upkeepMr 3Dogs 3-7-12

I think the coke will only work if bought for h/d or c&c if your account is on the new t&c and the mb is showing when you place your order.
It worked for me yesterday.N1LDA0 -
Savvybuyer wrote: »Not v.good in Northern Ireland sadly:( - best there it seems (I am assuming NI has the same T and S data as England) is vs T on the Plain Fillets only in sixes (T 3 for £5) - Nuggets are N/A against T. Hardly worth bothering with there:rotfl:(:o:osorry NI, not funny). Just each three at £5.70 vs £5.00:( (and would need to buy six to avoid T full price).
I think I was wrong. I got into my head that the A mbuy was a '3 for...' mbuy (perhaps because I was buying three packets of Quorn Fillets - although with one pack of Nuggets getting the mbuy) - however the A mbuy is '4 for...' and it is T at '3 for...'. Therefore, buying six would be paying for two at full price:eek:. (The comparison on full price is vs T at £2, so that would work out at buying one at £1.80:eek: for any actually bought on full price, that don't get A's mbuy number and which don't hit the T mbuy number. If only you could buy in M at £1 as that would be cheaper; but no M and obviously the comparison against M for those of us that have it is a lot better than buying in M.) It would seem that nine was a better number - as that matches T's mbuy rather than getting T full price, although then paying for one at full price. Unfortunately you couldn't get 12 (hitting both stores' mbuy) as this is a single item only and maximum comparison is 10. Two non-comparable nuggets isn't going to work as they don't compare against T and therefore won't hit T's mbuy number:(. However, in any event, this is not a NI game sadly. (I was just trying to be helpful to NI folks, but the comparison is not very good.)0 -
YIKES!! I was physically assaulted in Ts this morning:eek:.
Our two nearest Ts have not stocked the Jiggy pies so last night when OH said that he needed to collect something from argos I volunteered for the job :A(I knew that there was another T nearby).
I wasn't expecting to find any Jiggy pies so was delighted when lo and behold, there were 8 of them winking at me from the top shelf of the cold cabinet. I decided that I wanted 6 but hadn't quite worked out the logistics of buyingthem. Anyway I thought that leaving them on the shelf was not a good idea and I had 5 in my basket when I heard a loud voice behind me saying to someone else "there they are, there they are". As I reach up for my 6th and last pie I am shoulder barged out of the way, in a manner that would have made a Six Nations Rugby Coach proud, whilst simultaneously being screamed at "leave some for someone else". I managed to steady myself and turn around to find a woman holding the last two Jiggy pies and screaming at me " I know what you're doing! I know what you're doing! it was on the TV this morning. Why have you snatched all the pies" I just stood there open mouthed, Jiggy pie in hand. (picture Ernie, Ted and Trigger if you will:rotfl:)
Well all this had been witnessed by the store manager or department manager (anyway he was suited and booted  ) who apologised to me and told raving women that I had been there first. The man that had accompanied raving women had quietly walked away, no doubt never to go shopping with her again. Raving women started to calm down and asked him if there were any more out the back. He asked me if I wanted any more and apologised again. I said that it wasn't necessary for him to apologise for someone else's behaviour. Raving loony turned to me and said "Don't worry if there are any more we'll both be able to fill our boots". I just turned and walked away.
I didn't go too far and Manager came back empty handed. I now had the problem of how to hide my Jiggys whilst paying for them one at a time. I didn't want raving loony finding my trolley and nicking them:eek:. I wandered around the store a little finding other items to go with the Pies and ended up putting clothes on top of them, thus hiding the contents of my trolley from any likely marauders.
Anyway, in and out of the store 5 more times and all's well that ends well. I'm just so glad that it wasn't my local T. So much for trying to keep a low profile:rotfl:
