delivered on the 23rd march, second opinion company have rung and offered me a time on the 13th, i said no i need it done earlier if poss, so they are ringing me back today, i don't want to be caught with the 30days part, so will see what these people say and hopefully we can get it moving in the right direction for me, or back out the door to them!! Xx

Sarah, like I said I don't the ins and outs of the Act, but I don't see why you should have to jump through hoops getting different people in to give an 'opinion'. If you gave notified the company concerned that the stuff is faulty within the 30/28 day time limit then they should take the blooming stuff away and refund in full. No ifs or buts. I googled Consumer rights Act 2015 and amongst the results was the Hantsweb site which spells it all out (Hampshire Council). I also found some stuff on the Which pages. There is loads of stuff there.

PC World are notorious for fobbing customers off but they well well aware of the provisions of the Act and VERY keen to comply with it.

    Hi
TWEETS and EVANG1971 for your help.extra thanks to TWEETS for your help with the change.org link as im not comp savvy atall.i wanted to apologise again for the graphic description, I should have put a warning at start of the post, but was so upset.everytime I read or hear a dog story, I always think of salwag, who wouldnt hurt anyone, (except cats, but must have happened before she owned us).
I watch supervet and , although graphic at times, I am amazed at what that man can do for animals...dont think he has a home life.dont watch pet rescue anymore as it upsets me what some ppl are capable of.more worrying is the studies done that alot move from animal cruelty to child cruelty..sorry,..ill move on.
So very sad about losing Ronnie Corbett.have very happy memories of the two ronnies.
I think this year must surely improve, lots of celebs gone.
im off now to see if I can find something really uplifting and happy to report......I may be some time
    take care all.xxx
People bring great joy into our lives..some by arriving, others by leaving.im trying to be one of the former, so please bear with :)

Very kind and generous of you indeed, and not criticising at all and no offence is meant ...

However, unless I am mistaken this was not a free glitch, but each 3-pack cost 37p, meaning the 200 or so you donated cost you around £70+ ?

Again, it is not a criticism, maybe I am just highlighting some genuine generosity which should be applauded :T

There were if I remember rightly 220, which was about £80. If it helps someone it's a little amount. A have been good to me so thought I'd help them shift some of their stock and help the less fortunate.

No criticism taken btw, who knows what people do with their collections of stuff they get :)
