Rang the store to see if card was there and woman who answered said customer service was engaged and she had logged my call and would ring me back in 2 hours :eek: I asked her to repeat and yes 2 hours :eek:

I told her that was a long time and I wasn't satisfied and would go back to store.

you`ve just described my day perfectly.:o only missing a v.v.grumpy oh having to drive all the way back to t`s to collect card.:o.this just added insult to injury that i had risked buying wine in t`s and sure enough it didnt compare to a`s,if i hadnt been moaning i wouldnt have left my card.:rotfl:
we had been for a long walk on the beach so it was several hours before i realisd card was missing.on the plus side i met a real life n1lda today,which was lovely and also bumped into another elite while we were out.:)

I normally take card and stuff it in my pocket. I got home put shopping away made :coffee: then went to get cards to put back in purse and :eek: not there so looked in purse etc and no must be at Mr T's .

How long have you had them and how long was it before you reported the problem ?

I don't pretend to understand the ins and outs of the consumer rights thing that replaced sale of goods in 2015 but , when I was having trouble with my new computer last week, I was told that provided you are within a 28 day time limit you have the right to a full refund for faulty goods. They cannot make you have a repair . I was very surprised when PC World fell over themselves to refund me - I would have raised merry hell if they had refused but I didn't expect to win without a fight. They said 28 days but the website I looked at said 30 days.

i was too busy thinking about the wine and talking to the sa about her holiday.:othe calories i lost on my walk are going back on drinking the wine tonight.:rotfl:well done on your loss again this week,there will be nothing of you soon.
