As others have mentioned, it is worth emailing them a copy of your receipt (photo) as the CoS support are very good and can generally help. It is annoying that not only do the vouchers expire at midnight on 30th (or thereabouts) but the app then kindly reminds you that you have vouchers expiring today that you need to redeem - around 9am and after they have expired on the app :mad:.

Something is obviously not set up properly and it has been like this each month.

I see Shopiteyes are having issues with being able to take pictures of receipts. I didn't realise this until after I shopped today :doh: I've messaged them but not holding out much hope for a quick reply I see there's a few posts on their fb with no responses.

I made this mistake, the teenage mutant ninja ones actually show as that, i had wrote a list and on it was "pasta Shapes" i couldnt find a tin or a SEL which said just "pasta shapes" so i picked up the alphabetti, and it didnt compare :mad:
