Looks like I might have to get her some, thanks ladies :A I know DD1 bought it for stretch marks and I thought she passed it on to DD3 but seems she didn't.

I don't remember getting any sachets TM but I have a box full of freebies I will have a look through it later.

I think the sachets were with the bounty baby packs but don't know if they were called bio oil or similar.

She does lend them out to friends. :D

Have you tried steaming LFAB, head under a towel over hot bowl of water. Even if your nose isn't blocked it will help clear tubes further on. GP has recommended for me to do it before. Hope you get some relief soon. x

Have you heard of a salt pipe lfab ?
They sell them at Holland & Barrett and I think they are used for sinus troubles amongst other things. Hth xx
I find that when I have sinus pain that the only thing that does help is the decongestant tablets, even when I don't have a blocked nose. There seem to be a lot of people suffering with this at the moment. It is likely the change in season, but the pollens were very early, so I'm not suffering so much from hayfever.

Thank you ladies :A Think I'll try steaming this evening and look into the salt pipe in H&B tomorrow. I did ask the pharmacist today as it's been driving me nuts and she said 'well if your nose isn't blocked there isn't anything you can do other than paracetamol' I did tell her I was at my full quota of them and Ibuprofen a day and it still wasn't helping and she just shrugged her shoulders. Charming!

That's complete isn't it now? And no-one will ever find any further one in any other store!:rotfl::rotfl:

    Irony:D. Sarcasm:D:D:rotfl:.

It's not in alphabetical order, which used to be my usual way. Unfortunately(?), with the large number of items now on my list, I just don't get time to sort it into alphabetical order anymore so I just have to leave it - I figure that it's not significant if it's not in alphabetical order anyway:cool:.

You may need to go to GP for antibiotics sinus infections can be bloomin painful. It doesn't mean a thing that you haven't got a blocked nose! Good luck x

It's worth doing a sinus rinse too - it's not the most pleasant thing to do but it does the trick. Neilmed is one I'd recommend if you can get it :)

Bio oil was from a glitch where the bottles were listed as dead dead cheap. They could not honour the orders, but were generous with sending us out loads of samples.
