Enigmatic Legends Intelligently Teach Excellently

Well, it had the words "don't" (rather than "can't"), "have", "a" and "good", so it reminded me of this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HWZisnZ-RGE
:eek:I didn't realise I'm out of date and there is another version, from a year ago, which I have never heard! Yes, I live in a different world today, under a rock:p! (Never tune into today's radio so how would I know?) The unfortunate thing, for me, is that the new version - which is bound to be irritating and impossible to listen to!:rotfl: - has over 1 million more views! However, :idea:I guess that supports a view of mine about the effect of radio promotion and what's been more recently in the public eye. It speaks more volumes about what has been played, how often and what people have had more chance to hear, because of what has been chosen for play, than it tells us anything else: a bit like promotional items at supermarkets being bought merely because of their location in the stores again:(:rotfl:. Fascinating, in a way, though, for me, about how people generally behave in this way.
Of course, no-one's interested at all in anything I might say here (in this post) and no-one cares at all about any opinion I might have in relation to any such thing!:rotfl::rotfl:
Anyway, enjoy the original version. Or maybe it was not and maybe it was a cover version of something unpopular from before, that no-one generally knows. (I assume the newer song, with the same title, is a cover version of the Jermaine Stewart track. There's actually yet another - it's not The Voice track (which again I knew nothing about and have never seen - too many other media outlets these days!:D) but the one from someone called "Ella Eyre" (never heard of her:rotfl:) that I saw has more views (than Jermaine Stewart). But, at least you know the song:cool:.)
I'm absolutely clueless aren't I, about recent pop music?:rotfl:
I guess proud of that in a way:D. I guess I could be a Judge:rotfl:. (Not on X Factor or whatever - assuming it is still going:rotfl::rotfl: - no idea about that either:doh: - but in the law courts. Remember the one about the judge that didn't know about the Beatles?)0 -
I have to have seven posts in a row for good luck don't I!
Sorry, folks, I didn't notice that! You've all gone to bed! See you later:wave:. I don't think I will bother getting to the wines list btw - turns out it was a waste of time:doh::rotfl: but never mind! I suspect you've all already found far better deals on that than I'd ever find anyway:o. So, a free day:T:j. Bye for now:wave:.0 -
Just noticed this as I was going back to my Yahoo home page, so you have eight posts in a run from me now! Nothing to do with money-saving but I know people do like to hear how I see things like this.
http://10cloverfieldlane-uk.tumblr.com/post/140804921294/12-common-body-language-signals-we-all-make-and
First thing that occurs to me is that the title is not true, because we don't "all" make those signals at all. Not all of us - so, stop assuming!:rotfl:
Secondly, with the handshake. A limp handshake indicates shyness or nervousness I'm told. You learn something new every day:rotfl:. No, I am absolutely serious:eek:. Sometimes I've given a "limp" handshake because I wasn't really enthusiastic, not that interested in people, felt a bit bored at meeting someone and just cannot pretend otherwise than what is the truth. So, it was nothing to do with shyness or nervousness at all! (Sometimes people make firm handshakes and nearly tear your hands off!)
They're all, on that article, more overt forms of body language aren't they? It's the more subtle things, than those, that I never notice. Actually, open palms I haven't noticed either. In fact, I don't really notice body language at all. Actions, it's said, speak louder than words (and clearly they do - or inactions as well speak louder sometimes - as for when a company says they've investigated but you know full well they haven't). However, on these occasions (body language), they don't speak to me at all. (Unless it is literally smiling = you are happy and crying your eyes out = you are upset. That's clear - beyond that, not much at all.)
You can explain that someone leaning forwards means something. However, in practice, in RL situation, I would not even notice whether they were leaning forwards or not at all. And, then, now that I consider it - having been informed of it by this article - it begs the question to me as to how far forwards: what exact angle is leaning forwards and what do you mean by that? What counts as leaning "forwards"? How forwards is "forwards"? But I'm analysing it again:rotfl:. And not taking me very far - as you know it, straight off, without even having to think about let alone consider it!
See you later:wave:. I function perfectly well without it (except that it has meant I would never know when to go up to a young lady that wanted me to ask her for a kiss and therefore didn't ever get a girlfriend as a result - water long under bridge though on that, just explains why things went along the path that they did).
"When a person tilts their head to one side, it’s often because they’re interested in something. We probably most commonly notice it with dogs, which quite clearly tilt their head when something takes their interest — but we do it to a lesser degree too."
That's the "nodding dog syndrome" that is how most people at parties for example appear to me to behave. Sorry to be so derogatory (actually, that's a wrong word - it isn't "derogatory" as it isn't intended to be offensive) but that's just how people generally (those without autism) come across to me. Little chatterboxes at parties that notice and are attracted to each other whilst failing, through what I think is no fault of their own, to notice I am there. You nod at each other when chatting! Very weird, to me. I didn't know tilting the head meant interest either. It's a completely new one on me - and I'll probably forget it quite soon now, as it's just too hard for me to remember. I would have to remember it and actively try to keep it in my brain but, like boiler repair instructions, I am likely to forget by the next time (in several months) a boiler ever needs looking at again. Not my forte.
(As for noticing it with dogs, obviously it's quite "clearly" to the person that wrote that. I've never noticed it at all! Not clear at all to me. I have never noticed dogs did this and never even knew they did. I still don't know, as I have never noticed it. I'm just not interested in body language at all. I think I would rather study rocket science or quantum equations as they would be much more straightforward and easy to learn. Seriously. Body language seems such a huge and daunting subject and I just think it's best to save myself all the stress, avoid any stress completely, and not even try to begin to understand it as it is too much to even begin to remember!)
So, from my POV, showing interest is "nodding dog syndrome" whereas my interest is shown when I look straight through you (and not at you at all - no eye contact and, when I am studying how you look if I am interested in that, merely interested and there is never any sinister intention, I do look at you and perhaps give momentary eye contact as a result but am constantly averting my eyes away from you so that you don't notice and that you don't get the impression that I am looking at you from some sort of "creepy" intention when this is not the case as I am, in truth, not a creepy person in any way. I'm not creepy at all - and certainly don't want you to feel uncomfortable by wrongly thinking that I am. Or even, if I was to stare at someone, of course I would know I would risk a bad reaction so I consciously avoid doing so by keeping looking away for significant intervals. I have no real idea of what "eye contact" is eye contact and what becomes staring - or maybe I do, but am not quite sure if a millisecond more of eye contact is too much - however I am splitting hairs now as just thinking about it which I don't usually do. But I wouldn't have a complete idea. But, then again, does anyone have a complete idea?) I can give good eye contact if I am face-to-face with someone - just a single person - over a table. But, other situations, such as with SAs at SS tills, I just tend to look away - not consciously, it just happens - and never give any eye contact. I know that perception matters and trumps everything but I don't really do anything other than I do.
Anyway, goodnight/morning!:wave:0 -

Don't think I will. I've just noticed - Cupcake was the name of that cat that travelled for about 250 miles in the post wasn't it? I always knew another name for a cat would be a swearword:D:naughty:.
Very fortunate that she managed to survive for so long without food or water.
I think another key tip: don't put your cat into the mail and then the parcel might not be so heavy so you won't pay more for it!;):money:0 -
