So pleased to get Lurpak for Easter. Just used a big knob to sweat some onions with sage to make a stuffing. The house smells like christmas:)
I have sage growing outside but it's gone a bit woody so over the moon to get a bag for 10p
Pork and crackling tomorrow.
I'm very excited to take the pork out of the freezer and see what I can fill the space with:)To do is to be. Rousseau

I think you were spot on about this cake which I'm making tomorrow.
Far too much butter and do you think 3 eggs is enough to get a cake that deep. Look at the quantity of cream....far too much.
Think I will be doing my own thing:rotfl:

We have drawn the raffle for the tennis necklace today and a young man has won it. He bought the ticket when him and his fiance were in the shop buying their wedding rings. His fiance had chosen the matching tennis bracelet for her wedding day and now she has the necklace too!
I love a happy ending.
Well done Difantastic effort :j:j
