I wish I'd had one of those Passport things when my mother was in hospital. ILTS, you are quite right that some elderly patients don't get the care and respect they are entitled to. Don't let the hospital fob you off either. It's not easy I know. I hope things get sorted out for nan but please make sure you take care of yourself too X
