I am sure the last time there was 25% off wine the meal deal wines had the offer missing? Can anyone remember? As it is showing the offer this time.

Yes Easter is like Christmas without the stress and blatant commercialism.

Am I allowed to ask what the TCB daily clue is today?
I'm not asking for it. I'm just asking if I'm allowed to ask for it?:rotfl:To do is to be. Rousseau

Just to confirm they are on the APG still as of a few minutes ago, from a shop done at 3.25 this afternoon:
Vs Sains.
1x Cadbury Twirl Large Easter Egg (282G) £5.00 £3.00
2x Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvellous Creations Large Easter Egg (291G) £10.00 £6.00
I had to settle for - slightly worse - T comp. as T comp. was better overall. I had an epic fail on my first attempt to do my shop vs M this afternoon, and it was a failure to such an extent that I had to cancel the entire shopping and go to another store. However, I am now glad that I had that voucher failure (maybe I'll mention more later) as I would never have gone to the other store that had this receipt.
APG for £6.80:j:T:beer:. They're not mine but I am being tempted a bit by them now:o:rotfl:.
I'm starting off with what I think will be the best ones this time - normally save the best till last but I've decided to do it the opposite this time:cool: - I actually thought another receipt would be better - but then I noticed the eggs on this one and prioritised it straight away due to the feeling that the eggs would disappear entirely from the APG soon. I really had to get that locked right in:T:D:)0 -

I would complain about that if i were you
Hello Trouty,
Thank you very much for your reply and for confirming this. Sorry about the delay in responding to you, we're currently very busy.
When you shop in-store (excluding Tesco Express and Tesco Petrol Filling Stations) or online at Tesco, we’ll check the total price of your Branded Basket of groceries against the total price of a comparable branded basket at Asda, Morrisons and Sainsbury’s. If your comparable branded grocery shop would have been cheaper at Asda, Morrisons or Sainsbury’s, we’ll deduct the difference (or the maximum Tesco Brand Guarantee limit of £20) off the price of your shop before you pay.
The fairest way to get accurate prices for Asda and Sainsbury’s is to get them online. However, sometimes a product is not available online, so we can’t get a price to compare against. If certain products are unavailable when checked, then they will be excluded from Tesco Brand Guarantee.
I hope this information is helpful. Thank you for your cooperation and for allowing us to investigate this for you. If there's anything else we can do to help, please don't hesitate to ask.
Best wishes,
Joel - Customer Care.0 -

I've been so tempted too savvy but decided I will resist. I only have 2 young ones to buy for and I'm going to give them some money this year and my two don't need any chocolate.
But I am enjoying the wombles:)To do is to be. Rousseau

Evening everyone
Managed to get the Faustino today, after OH's failure yesterday.
Have been trying to access yesterday's receipt on BG online, to find out which item(s) weren't recognised, but it keeps saying that the receipt is still being processed - don't know if it's because OH returned the wine for a refund?
Am really starting to relax into the holiday weekend now, what a lovely feeling - can feel the stress ebbing away ...0
