    Good morning all...

Been MIA for the weekend....struck down by the elite flu bug with sickness and didnt even move from bed until this morning.

Will try to read back ....but the concentration isn't really there so might need to start a new this morning.

Not even a glass of wine over the weekend....thats how bad its been...it feels a little like how snap must have felt about the ciggies.
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

    2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend

Hello from train :) beautiful day
As usual things haven't gone to plan
DN is ill my sister tells me 15 minutes before train.
Had to chuck his stuff out. Repack mine with the stuff he was carrying for caravan.
Gallop to station to try and change tickets.
Ended up paying £125 return (just in case sister lets us down with lift home)
No refund on tickets I bought on family railcard which was only £26.60 for all 3 of us.....

Pleased in a way as nice to b the two of us :D

Oh and I threw hot chocolate down my front :rotfl:

I should have realised nothing much was going to get done this morning.
Firstly I miss a FB message from youngest son at 6.30 this morning so it was nearly 8 before I picked it up so its doubtfull if he will FaceTime me now

Then I start having cat worries but finally make a decision

Now the postie has been with the new p & o brochure for April 2016 to March 2018 - I am going to give myself a strict one hour to make a short list otherwise I will still be on the sofa by the time OH wonders back home ...

Amusing that P & O bookings are from the first week in April - far better to be dreaming about cruises rather than researching which ISA provider might give you a fabulous 1% interest :)

Treacle is a dreadful dribbler and he often sits with his tongue hanging out so its all looking like a mouth problem

He is our walk by cat, he literally just walked in on us. We suspect that he might have been dumped as our lane is a bit isolated so he could have just been left in the layby.

He had bad skin so he used to have steroid injections every few months which I really hated him having. Gradually we reduced them down to half measures and the time in between got longer. Then mysteriously his skin cleared up and he has never had any issues since

I see its already been suggested, but I was going to say gingivitis as well. My cat had it chronically, he had to have steroid and antibiotic injections as was too old to do anything about it. Unfortunately at one of his visits to the vets a tumour was then discovered in his mouth and he had to be put to sleep. Hope Treacle is ok.

Glad it went well, sounds like you had a fantastic night. :)

    Definitely agree with this izzey.

Multibuy shows on both my App and website- I guess it's over.

Mbuys showing now, including on the product pages:(. Other products that had missing mbuys before a weekend months ago also stopped on the Monday - I now understand they update .com on Monday mornings. So, if something is missing before/over a weekend, probably expect it to end on Monday. I half-expected them to thwart me on this! Shame the shops aren't open in the early hours either, to allow a really early shop and catch it before the system updates. Should have done the shopping yesterday:(.

Just hope Morries puts something onto really good offer and that it coincides with another missing mbuy soon. Any idea of what I should be looking for?

I'll be back later to pop in and then go out (seeing as I'm not going to A anymore:mad:), so have a nice day:).

Would the Easter eggs still be goers? Both ones. Since the large ones went OOS and began missing the mbuy, and the individual Creme eggs as they are on RTC and indeed rely on them being on mbuy online.
