Afternoon, was it QoC or mhoc that was looking for the top with boats on in Sainsburys? Are you still interested as I have found a 14 and 12. You've probably been inundated with offers by now but when I originally looked they didn't have any but some have appeared on the sale rail.

yes it was me and yes I am still living in hope but it would have to be a size 16 as the sleeves are those skinny minnny ones :(

now you have reminded me I am going somewhere with a very different Sainsbobs so I will go and see what they have :D

All they said were there were issues with people using the vouchers and that it was a terrible promotion and that people were limited to 2 pies each, vouchers were not being accepted, a member of staff then took the 4 pies from my trolley - I think I was more gobsmacked than anything else! I still got 2 pies and a couple of other bits, was then overcharged on my puzzles and dtd refused, that store is an absolute joke, always has been for years - they even refuse there own store vouchers - because as head office says all vouchers are at managers discretion if accepted or not, because I had tried to use a few vouchers a couple of years ago I am now barred from the self scan...
    U

other store 10 minutes down the road no problems at all lol

Who thinks our dear mentor has put the X on the pie deal .... I mean really ... Live tv .....yes I can see it will get him a few converts and people hanging on his every word But now he has sold out I believe he should not then broadcast bargains or glitches to spoil it for the Internet site he has sold I believe and not for a bargain price or any freebie either
If I am wrong I apologise in advance

But I would think its like when you sell someone your business and good will you aren't allowed to set up and undercut them within a certain period or distance

Ps I have not got a pie and will not be looking for them as a) I don't like Stilton b ) I don't like chicken pies c) I need not to eat any pies as my body has got to that stage in life where if I look at a pie I gain a. Stone :rotfl:

I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

Di's event was a roaring success. It was packed and I'm not sure of the exact total but she has raised a staggering amount of money :T:T:T I had a fantastic time.

Thank you Di for being such welcoming host. It was a pleasure to meet you and your lovely family and friends. How positive and bubbly you are with what you have going on is an absolute inspiration.

Thank you too to BQ and Ellie for the company. I've been a bit stuck lately and today was the kick up the backside I needed to get out and about again.

LEJC, one massive hug gratefully received. Thank you :A

I think Ellie, FC, Di, and BQ

Great that you managed to get there safely and had a super time. Just what you needed FC , so let's hope you're able to get out and about abit more.

Di, I've just seen your post too, wow, what a staggering amount you raised. Well done for all your hard work too, I know you were so worried in the early days as to whether you could pull it off :)

Is this going to be an annual event Di? :)

Back later after tea, must also catch up to see how right or wrong I was with my guess of who's who :rotfl: :rotfl:
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

He has been missing since last July, I had read last year that he was and hoped he would be found ok. :( He was a regular at Larmer Tree Festival among others until he retired few years ago. :A

I didn't realise he was local to you QoC...
