santander 123 How good service?

I have had the 123 account for several years now and with Santander ever since they bought Alliance and Leicester. Never had an issue with service and Internet access is good. I manage to cover the fee with direct debits so my council tax, gas,electric, water, phone, sky and mobile is all paid from the Santander 123. Fee is now £5 and my cash back is around £8 per month. I keep the maximum of £20k in there for the 3% interest which is main attraction.

I used to have two to avoid having multiple current accounts to put my cash savings in but closed one of them down when the fee increased and moved my savings to BOS, Lloyds Club and Tesco. I already had TSB and Nationwide.
