Adblock - payment in dollars

I was looking for a decent ad blocker yesterday, and seem to have managed to install Adblock without really realising I'd gone that far :o .

It is doing the trick, but the end page of the installation asks for payment of however much the user thinks it is worth, and the tick box suggested choices are shown in USA dollars.

I was wondering whether, if I don't donate, it will cease to work after a while, or if I do (I don't mind paying a few ££ if it's as good as it says) then how can I do so in GBP? Or if I click on e.g. $10, will it convert it to UK currency and go through my bank account successfully?

I didn't really want to pay for one, but on the basis that the free ones are probably not as good then I'd be willing to pay a reasonable amount, if I could work out how to do it.
:D I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe :D

What browser and what adblocker are you using? But I guess this answers your question

Sorry, it's Safari on a Macbook Pro, running OS X 10.9.5.

Will look at your link now...

Edit: Oh that's good news, so they don't require payment. Silly really that I can't work out how to, as I would be quite willing to pay.
