I have a family friend who is really struggling with budgeting and ways to save money as a student. Does anyone have some helpful advice as to the best things he should do?

1) He should post himself, that way he can explain his circumstances and respond to any questions that are asked.
2) He should post on a more appropriate board, I would suggest one of Debt Free Wannabe, Student or Old Style. I know Budgeting is in the title of this board but in reality very few questions are asked about it.
3) Read previous threads on those boards as every possible suggestion will have been made many times already.0
