I see a few topics made on their experiences with Florists from companies such as M&S and eflorist.

Well i spent £26+Postage for a nice bunch of flowers for my mother form Debenhams. The bunch she received was awful. I was very embarrassed when she sent me this image thanking me. There were no lillys, 4 full bloomed roses and quite a lot of green.

Looking on twitter ad Facebook it seems i am not alone.

That is a pretty shoddy bouquet! £26 is daylight robbery for that.

Yep! We learned this mistake last year when our flowers turned up a few days late.
This year we bought a pink rose bush for the garden and a pink card.
The secret to success is making very small, yet constant changes.:)
  • Ordered on Tuesday for a Saturday delivery, arrived this morning having been dispatched on Friday. 3 days in transit with no water ...

Going by Facebook and Twitter we are not alone.

    Very disappointing.

Bad news, Debenhams florist customer service must be based in the middle east - very poor english spoken.
20 minutes on hold before pickup.

Good news, refunded fully and a replacement sent to my mother next working day.
