I am thinking of using this company to offer finance to customers, we are a construction company but don't yet have the £500k++ turnover required by some places. Doing a search on here reveals some really old threads about them, I am wondering if anyone has dealings with them recently, and what is your feedback.
Many thanks

I've never used them, but it seems like a reasonable idea as a sales tool to be able to meet buyers 'we can't afford it' haggling efforts with a referral to a finance company instead of cutting your profit.
I note they are a financial broker, not a lender, so if your customers can add it to their mortgage instead, it's probably cheaper for them. I also believe that all you do is make a referral effectively, and they broker a loan for the borrower including (I imagine) giving the client the cash for them to give to you. That would certainly be a good way around to do it so it's absolutely clear where whose obligations lie, etc.0
