On or about 17 July 2016 the V&A will pick one entry at random deemed as The Winner
4. The Winner shall receive the following prize:

• 7 nights self-catering accommodation (Saturday to Saturday) for 2 people at Villa Olmetto, Florence (excludes June, July and August)
• Return flights from a London airport to Pisa
• A guided tour for 2 people of Florence
• A Karen Marbon for the V&A Venus scarf
• A Winsor & Newton Artists’ Oil Colour Wooden Box Set from Cass Art
• A copy of Botticelli Reimagined book to accompany the exhibition

5. The prize cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or any alternative.
6. The trip to Italy prize cannot be taken during June, July or August
7. The prize does not include travel and transfers to and from the airport to the villa.
8. The Winner will be notified by email and letter from the V&A. If the V&A have not been able to communicate and receive the Winner’s confirmation receipt after 21 days from notification, the V&A shall award the Prize to an alternative winner.
9. In the event that The Winner declines the prize awarded to him/her or cannot claim the prize in full, the Promoter may award the prize to another chosen valid entrant.
10. Promotion is only open to entrants aged 18 years or over worldwide, excluding employees of the Promoter the V&A and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of the Prize Providers, Tuscany Now and More and Cass Arts their parent and/or affiliate companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entrants’ eligibility.

12. The prizes will not be replaced if lost or stolen, are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable except at Prize Providers’ sole discretion. No substitutions allowed. The winner agrees to accept the prizes “as is”, and Entrants hereby acknowledge that the V&A and Prize Providers has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prizes.
13. The winner must provide the V&A with valid proof of identity, residency and age, matching the identity of the entrant, before any prize will be awarded. Valid travel documents (including a passport) are the sole responsibility of the winner. All unspecified expenses associated with receipt and use of the prizes are the winner’s sole responsibility.
14. Any other expenses incurred during the period of the prize will be the responsibility of the Winner and their companion.
15. The Winsor & Newton Artists’ Oil Colour Wooden Box Set from Cass Art will be delivered to the winner at a UK address within 30 days of accepting the prize. Subject to availability.
