Co-op switching bonus T&C's?

Signed up for an account before the deadline, but I din't copy any of the switching T&C's, only the summary on the MSE website
Don't suppose anyone has copies/remembers them do they? Specifically I'd like to know if I have to complete a switch within a certain time (MSE says something about doing it within 2 weeks), and whether I have to switch a certain amount of direct debits with the account
All the links on coop website are dead, and their customer services couldn't find them either.

You ought to get into the habit of copying important things such as these and saving them to your device! After all, what does it take?...20 seconds? Here are both sets of T&Cs...YB's_T&C_archive wrote:moneysupermarket

Co-op have sent me Switch T+C which relate to 100.00 switch offer that was in force - early 2014 -late 2015 :rotfl:0 -
Make sure you retain any DDs on the account until you're paid out. I found the hard way when one got cancelled...Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0

Thanks very much for the replies guys
I'll make sure I both retain the DDs and am more diligent at copying T&Cs in the future (I usually do though, honest!)

Yeah that's the info I got too.. Does that not suggest it might be difficult to get the bonus? I mean, how could you complain if they have no knowledge or record of the offer ever existing?YorkshireBoy wrote: »In this case, I'd be happy for you to make a charitable donation out of the £100...but only if you get it.

Account applied for 19th February via Moneysupermarket.com, after proving ID, made branch appointment to do switch, switch took place on 15th March.
100.00 credit to account today :j0 -
I applied via link from this site so must have been before the end of Feb deadline but the coop said I missed the deadline. Don't have any proof other than if I applied via link from this site how did I miss the deadline.0

Ask them what is the date of the deadline that they are referring to, that way you will be able to see whether they are referring to MSE/Moneysupermarket deadline or Coop previous 100.00 offer deadline.
After they sent me the wrong 100.00 offer T+C, I wrote back pointing out I did the offer via Moneysupermarket which had different T+C and asked for my account to be noted accordingly0 -
I applied on the 28 February also following the link from this site. Today customer services told me that the £100 bonus + £25 charity donation offer expired in November 2015! I raised a complaint but this can't be right if Bristolleedsfan just received the bonus?0

Advisors on Web Chat are fully conversant with Moneysupermarket 100.00 switch incentive offer I discovered on 6th March.
