1. By entering the free prize draw to “Win a 5* All-inclusive Holiday for 2 adults to a Dream Destination” you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. The Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over except for employees of the Arcadia Group and Thomas Cook companies, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this Prize Draw.
3. To enter you must either:

• a) Click on the “Win a 5* All-inclusive Holiday to a Dream Destination” application on Facebook at www.facebook.com/dorothyperkins and complete the entry form with all relevant details, including your email address and telephone number; or
• b) Visit www.dorothyperkins.com/holiday and complete the entry form with all relevant details, including your email address and telephone number; or
• c) Click on the “Win a 5* All-inclusive Holiday to a Dream Destination” application on Facebook at www.facebook.com/thomascook and complete the entry form with all relevant details, including your email address and telephone number.

4. The Prize Draw opens at 09:00 GMT on Tuesday 1st March 2016 and closes at 23:59 GMT on Thursday 31st March 2016. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
5. There shall be one first-prize winner of the Prize Draw who will receive the first-prize (“5* All-inclusive 7 night Holiday to either Mexico or Dominican Republic”). There shall be five runners up who will each receive a runner up prize, a £50 DP giftcard.
6. The Winner will be the first entry drawn at random on Monday 4th of April, 2016. The Runners Up will be the next five entries drawn at random on Monday 4th of April, 2016. The Winner and Runners Up will be notified by the email address or telephone number provided on their entry form by no later than 16:00 GMT on Thursday 7th of April. Dorothy Perkins’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The First Prize shall consist of a Thomas Cook package holiday comprising:

• a) Two return economy flights to either Dominican Republic or Mexico with Thomas Cook Airlines for the Winner and a guest.
• b) Seven nights’ accommodation on an all-inclusive basis for the Winner and their guest sharing a room at the 5-Star Hard Rock Hotel in either Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, or Cancun, Mexico, to be taken between 1st of May and 20th of December 2016, (dates of travel/stay, choice of destination country and UK departure airport subject to availability at time of booking). Holiday prize must be booked within 4 weeks of Winner being notified they have won.
  Holiday is subject to availability at time of booking. The winner must be one of the people who travel as the prize cannot be transferred. The prize does not include travel to/from UK airport, resort transfers, travel insurance, tourist cards or visas, spending money, locally payable taxes or any other items or expense not specifically stated within the prize description above. All such costs/expenditure will be payable by the winner and their travelling companion.
  No alternative holiday will be offered.
  Thomas Cook reserve the right to offer an alternative hotel/destination at any time, to the equivalent prize value, insofar as it is unable to provide the prize as described above for reasons beyond its control, and is permitted to do so under its terms and conditions and the relevant law.
  The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash or other alternatives in whole or in part. In the event for any reason the prize Winner does not book the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited by the Winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of the prize.
  The Winner is responsible for ensuring they and their travelling companion each have a valid passport, correct documentation (including travel insurance and, if necessary, visa) and, where asked for, have submitted advanced passenger information in advance of travel.
  Once the booking is confirmed no changes to the booking are permitted.
  The holiday prize is subject to the booking conditions of Thomas Cook Tour Operations Limited, in addition to these prize draw terms and conditions. If there is any conflict between the two, the relevant conflicting term or condition of these prize draw terms and conditions will take precedence.
• c) In addition to the holiday prize, the Winner will receive 1 x £250 Dorothy Perkins giftcard for the Winner only to spend in any Dorothy Perkins’ store:
  The £250 giftcard can be spent in store or online at www.dorothyperkins.com. Gift card terms and conditions apply.

8. There is one Runner Up Prize per Runner Up. Each Runner Up Prize consists of:
1 x £50 Dorothy Perkins gift card. This can be spent in store or online at www.dorothyperkins.com Gift card terms and conditions apply.
9. The Winner will be required to provide their email address in order to receive the First Prize. If the First Prize is not claimed within five (5) days of the Winner being notified, or if the Winner advises they cannot travel within the time frame mentioned above, Dorothy Perkins reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner.
10. Dorothy Perkins reserves the right to substitute the First Prize (or any part thereof) or any Runner Up Prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original First Prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
11. Each Runner Up will be required to provide their email address in order to receive their Runner Up Prize. If a Runner Up Prize is not claimed by the applicable Runner Up within five (5) days of the Runner Up being notified, Dorothy Perkins reserves the right to award that Runner Up Prize to an alternative candidate. Each Runner Up Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-negotiable. There is no cash alternative. In the event for any reason a Runner Up does not take their Runner Up Prize, Dorothy Perkins reserves the right to substitute that Runner Up Prize (or any part thereof) for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original Runner Up Prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
12. Only one entry per person. Any person found to be sending multiple entries will be ineligible. Any entries by a person found to be using multiple Facebook accounts to enter the Prize Draw will be ineligible. Dorothy Perkins does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry or any late, lost, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entry whether due to error, transmission interruption or otherwise.
13. If you tick the box on the entry form to indicate that you wish to receive Thomas Cook and / or Dorothy Perkins’ news via email and post, you agree that your details, including but not limited to your email address, may be used to keep you informed about Thomas Cook and / or Dorothy Perkins’ promotions, products and news. Thomas Cook and Dorothy Perkins comply with the standard procedures laid down in the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. Dorothy Perkins will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes unless you have given us permission to do so. 14. By entering the Prize Draw the Winner and Runners Up agree to participate in such promotional activity and material as Dorothy Perkins may require.
15. The first names, surname and county of the Winner and the Runners Up will be available for 28 days after the Closing Date and can be requested by sending a stamped addressed envelope to “Dorothy Perkins Brand Marketing” at the address below.
16. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook.
17. Dorothy Perkins reserves the right to (i) cancel this Prize Draw, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual’s entry, (iii) disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and (iv) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavors to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants). These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
