Meal Planning w/c Mon 7 March

Options
Hi everyone just doing my meal plan for next week and can't see a new thread started yet so here goes:

1. tarragon chicken in mushroom & cream sauce with jacket potato and green veg

2. beef casserole with mushrooms, red wine, herbs and smoked bacon - with mash & veg

3. chicken curry & rice

4. medallion steaks with garlic mushrooms - oven chips for me, roasted sweet potatoes for DS

5. Liver & onions not eaten from this weeks meal plan

6. chicken & peppers in black bean sauce

7. roast chicken dinner

Breakfasts - toast with egg or beans or porridge. Have got a new recipe for bacon muffins so may give that a try.

Lunches - home made veg soup, instant noodles or leftovers.

I managed to mostly stick to plan this week apart from using up the liver in the freezer and using some mince instead for a chilli - so I will make an effort to use the liver next week !

Have a good week everyone

Hi SYA - Thank's for the prompting.

Today is bacon and poached egg on toast
Tomorrow is roast chicken, carrot, swede, and sweet pot mash (or wedges tbc)

    Mon - leftover chicken roast
Tues - steak and kidney pudding with peas and mash
    Wed - the leftover pudding
Thurs - tuna sweetcorn and pepper pasta bake
    Fri - leftovers

Breakfast is yogurt oats and blueberries
Lunch is soup or potato with cottage cheese
That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.
