Charges Barclays Personal Loan

I'm after some advice please, I had a personal loan a couple of years ago with Barclays Partner Finance and had issues with them all the way through, the main one was as my pay days were scattered I asked if I could make manual payments on or before the 5th of every month this was agreed fee paid to change date and I continued to pay each month by ringing up , I then received a statement to were every month I had a late payment charge of £25 ! So I rang them up and was told pay date was set to 3rd so I missed it each month , I explained what happened was told thats not what they had and needed to pay the charges on top of loan with interest, the loan been paid off after getting no where , I just need to know how to approach them so they don't get away with it and I get the unfair charges back

Bank charges are not "unfair" I'm afraid. The Banks won their court case about charges in 2009.

The Bank were charging you for the extra administration cost (and uncertainty) of having you pay at random times each month. In other words, you weren't being charged for nothing at all.

By all means put your case to them, but expect nothing and you won't be disappointed. You might get a token "goodwill" payment of some money, I suppose.

Only customers in current financial hardship can expect any refund of bank charges and even then generally only the last six months or so...
