Is it possible to get the 20% help to buy mortgage equity loan to help towards the deposit on a percentage share of a shared ownership property? Or is it not possible to make use of both schemes at once?

no cant have shared ownership on htbDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
