Hi there,
can anybody help me. A few years ago I had a normal tsb classic account, then in 1999 they said I needed a silver account to get better loan deals. In 2011 they told me I needed to upgrade to a platinum account for better deals, they also said I needed insurance to cover sickness etc.
just read the policy for the insurance and it is just a life insurance (not ppi).
can anybody help on how to claim these back.
thks

The only way to prove that you were mis-sold is to show that you couldn't benefit from it. Theoretically, this is possible if you are single without a family and if it's really a *life* insurance that pays *only* if you die. Why did it take you so long to read it?0 -
I have paid into a private medical insurance for the last 20 years. I have never been ill, and consequently never put in any claim. I also paid life insurance premiums and I never died.
I will make them pay back the insurance premiums I paid in :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0
