Amazon complaint - help

Does anyone have an email address for Amazon customer service or complaints department.

My Mum purchased 2 items from Amazon market place using my Amazon account and her credit card to pay, both were returned but before the refunds were processed she passed away.

When she passed away her credit cards were cancelled.

I have spoken to Amazon as one company has gone out of business and they have agreed to refund the money, and the other company has also agreed to refund the money.

However now for the third time they've both tried to refund my Mum's credit card.

I've contacted both Amazon and the other company and explained that Mum's credit cards were cancelled so please could they either refund to one of my cards or make the refund some other way. I've spoken to Amazon on 4 occasions and contacted the other company 3 times after previous attempts to refund Mum's credit card.

I feel as if no one is listening to me when I'm explaining the issue so I'm just going round in circles - I just want the money my Mum is owed so it can go into the estate to be sorted with everything else.

Can anyone advise me?

Speak to the credit card provider they should really be the ones to take the money back and, if that puts those old accounts in credit, refund the estate xxx

I complained, to a marketplace company, that a Wii game wouldn't function and they refunded to my Amazon account, but the game was bought using Amazon credits earned from surveys.

I'm not sure if this applies to third party sellers, but you can have you refund as Amazon gift vouchers.
It may be a better option rather than having so much hassle at this difficult time?

    This ^^

Refunding to another person is an absolute no no. Refunding by vouchers may be possible, but strictly speaking the payment should be refunded by the original payment method.

Thanks for your help - I'll contact the card provider - I'm the executor for the estate so am not trying to take advantage of anything.
